As a result of needing to vacate their existing facilities in downtown Vancouver, Columbia College partnered with a developer to build a new five storey education facility. Our role was to support the College through this process by assisting with major decisions, guiding them through the design process and managing their interests as the developer built the facility. This project had a critical fixed end date that coincided with the college’s semester break. Move-in happened on time.
